Adults & children, ages 2 and up, must have both a Character Experience ticket and a Disney On Ice show ticket to attend experience.

Family Fun featuring Elsa and Mirabel takes place 60 minutes prior to the main event at enter experience start time. CHILDREN, AGES 2 AND UP, AND ADULTS ARE ALL REQUIRED TO PURCHASE CHARACTER EXPERIENCE TICKETS TO ATTEND EXPERIENCE. CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
